A Mentoring Circle is a group of participants that meets for an agreed upon length of time on an ongoing basis for the purpose of discussing career and\/or personal development topics.\u00a0 Participants simultaneously act both as mentors and mentees under the guidance of a designated leader as they exchange experiences, challenges, opportunities, and advice for the purpose of enhancing self-confidence, communication skills, leadership practices, and commitment to one\u2019s career.<\/h5>\n

5:30 PM:<\/b>\u00a0 Light refreshments and networking<\/p>\n

6:30PM:<\/b>\u00a0 Panel Discussion featuring 2013 Mentoring Circle Participants who will\u00a0share their experience and answer questions asked by the audience. This will also be a chance to share what worked and what didn’t work for their groups so that we can pool resources moving forward in 2014.<\/p>\n

7:30PM<\/b>:\u00a0 Initial meeting of 2014 Mentoring Circles<\/p>\n
