“…having a feeling of solidarity would be better than trying all this on my own.”

A Mentoring Circle is a group of participants that meets for an agreed upon length of time on an ongoing basis for the purpose of discussing career and/or personal development topics.  Participants simultaneously act both as mentors and mentees under the guidance of a designated leader as they exchange experiences, challenges, opportunities, and advice for the purpose of enhancing self-confidence, communication skills, leadership practices, and commitment to one’s career.

Circle Size: up to 5 participants/circle, with one designated leader.

Frequency of meetings: Every 4 to 6 weeks (January-December, 2017)

Where: Participants will be grouped with geographical considerations in mind. Face to face meetings are more beneficial to the program and are highly recommended.  The schedule/location of future meetings will be agreed upon by circle participants and organized by the group leader.
